The graph shows the percentage of households in a European country that had internet access between 1999 and 2005. In 1999, just over 10% of households had internet access, which increased to around 20% in 2000. There was a steady rise to around 40% in 2003, after which there was a significant increase to almost 60% in 2004. However, this figure fell slightly to just over 50% in 2005.

As can be seen, the proportion of households with internet access increased gradually over time. In 1999, just over 10% of households had internet access, which rose to around 20% in the following year. There was a steady increase in the percentage of households with internet access to around 40% in 2003. After this point, there was a significant rise to almost 60% in 2004. However, the figure dropped slightly to just over 50% in 2005.

Overall, there was a noticeable increase in the percentage of households with internet access in this European country from 1999 to 2005. Despite a slight decline in 2005, the trend is generally positive, indicating a growing reliance on the internet in people's daily lives.
