If your visa has been refused, please follow the mandatory sequence below to ensure your refund is processed correctly.

Request Withdrawal: Before applying for a refund, you must officially withdraw from your program.

Withdrawal Completion: Wait for confirmation that your withdrawal has been successfully completed by the finance team.
