1. That I have personally completed and attached the attached application forms and documents as required by the Australian High Commission - New Delhi / Department of Home Affairs, Australia, for the purpose of obtaining an Australian Student Visa.
2. That all information furnished by me in the said application forms and supporting documents is true, correct, complete, and accurate to the best of my knowledge and belief.
3. That all documents submitted, including but not limited to academic records, financial documents, identity documents, and supporting certificates, are genuine, authentic, and unaltered.
4. That I am fully aware of and understand the rules, regulations, and conditions governing the Australian Student Visa.
5. That I understand and accept that in the event any information or document submitted by me is found to be false, misleading, fraudulent, or tampered with, my visa application may be refused or cancelled, and I shall be personally liable for legal action as per the applicable laws of Australia and/or India.
