• Joint Declaration: This format is designed for both parents/sponsors to sign together. If there is only one sponsor, adjust the language to "I" instead of "We".
• Stamp Paper: Like the student affidavit, this must be printed on Non-Judicial Stamp Paper (e.g., ₹50 or ₹100 value).
• Notarization: Both sponsors must sign in front of a Notary Public.
• Supporting Proof: This affidavit should be attached to the financial documents (Bank Statements, Income Tax Returns, CA Report).
