When to use: Use this if the bank account is in the name of your Father, Mother, or Legal Guardian.

2. Fixed Deposit (FD) Cover Letter

Note: This must be printed on the Bank’s Official Letterhead and stamped by the Bank Manager.

  1. There is no loan or lien marked against this FDR.
