Example: The speaker might say something like, "This treatment can be very helpful for improving your physical fitness and building up your muscles and core strength."

  1. "It is the most popular." Paraphrase: "It is the treatment that is used most frequently."

Example: The speaker might say something like, "Many people find this treatment to be very effective and choose it as their preferred method for rehabilitation and injury prevention."

  1. "It requires special sportswear." Paraphrase: "It is necessary to wear specific clothing or gear for this treatment."

Example: The speaker might say something like, "Please remember to bring appropriate attire for this treatment, as you will need to wear specific clothing or shoes."

  1. "It is the most effective." Paraphrase: "It produces the best results in terms of recovery and healing."

Example: The speaker might say something like, "Many studies have shown that this treatment is highly effective for improving range of motion and reducing pain in injured areas."

  1. "It is best done in the evening." Paraphrase: "It is recommended to have this treatment in the later part of the day."

Example: The speaker might say something like, "We find that patients tend to experience better results when they have this treatment later in the day, after their muscles have had time to relax and recover."

  1. "It is rarely used." Paraphrase: "It is not commonly used or recommended."
Example: The speaker might say something like, "While this treatment is available, we typically only recommend it for specific cases or conditions, as it may not be suitable for everyone."


Explanation: Students rarely hear the same words in the recording as in the questions - these will be paraphrased, so they are always listening for something which carries the same meaning but is expressed differently. the paraphrased version of the below comments is given as below:
